How to Install Blogger for Blog Videos With Artisteer

Artisteer doesn't require that you hand-code HTML to build a Blogger layout.

Artisteer is Web-design software with various font selections, layouts, images and other objects. Artisteer can create blog layouts for both Blogger and WordPress and export the blog layout from the program right to the blogging platform. Create a Blogger layout for showing blog videos on Artisteer and then upload it directly to Blogger from Artisteer. Artisteer offers a free trial program for the software, but you will need to purchase for the full access to features.

Instructions

1. Click "Start" and click "All Programs." Click the "Artisteer" folder and click "Artisteer" to open. In the "New Project" dialog box, click "Blogger."

2. Click the "Layout" tab and select a design layout. Click the down arrow below "Columns" in the "Content Layout" group. A one- or two-column layout would be best for a video blog, to allow as much width as possible to display the video image.

3. Click the down arrow below "Column Width" and choose the column width. To widen the entire blog width, click the "Sheet" tab and click the arrow beside "Width." Choose the blog width.

4. Finish designing the Blogger layout by clicking the tabs for "Header," "Footer," "Menu" and "Sidebar" to adjust those objects. Click the "Colors & Fonts" tab to change the colors and fonts. Click the "Background" tab to add a background.

5. Click the "Publish Template to Blogger.com" button at the top of the Artisteer window. Type your username and password and choose which blog to publish it to. Click the "Publish" button.

6. Open a Web browser. Go to the Blogger website at blogger.com. Type your username and password and click "Sign in."

7. Click the name of the blog you published the Artisteer layout to. Click the "Design" tab and click "Page Elements" to make additional changes. Click "Posting" and click "New Post" to add videos.
