Instructions

    • 1

Place the fringed portion of the scarf on a flat work surface, such as a table. Run your fingers through the fringe to remove any knotted areas.

    • 2

Choose a variety of 4mm glass or plastic beads of your preferred color, such as gold, silver, blue or pink. Stick with just one color for a uniform look or use a variety of beads for a rainbow effect.

    • 3

Slide one bead to the top of one scarf fringe. Continue sliding beads onto the piece of yarn, allowing a 2-inch space at the end. Knot the end of the fringe to secure the beads into place.

    • 4

Bead as many of the pieces of fringe as you desire in the same method. Enhance just a few pieces of fringe with beads or decorate all of it for a full look.
