How to Declare iBlogger in Google
The iBlogger website hosts blog content for your business or personal use. To declare an iBlogger site in Google, you must verify your website with your Google account. Open your blogger account in a Web browser and open the dashboard window to upload content to the site.

Open a secondary browser tab and log in to your Google Webmaster account located at google.com/webmasters/tools.

Click "Add a Site" in the main Webmaster Tools dashboard. The verification window opens in Webmaster tools. Download the HTML file shown, which contains a random verification number for your site that links your Google account.
