Slow/Sputtering Pod
-
1
Poke the red valve with the black poker situated inside the chrome cap to remove any built-up makeup.
-
2
Grasp the pod and firmly shake it to ensure the formula is mixed well. Sometimes, the formula will separate if not used on a regular basis.
-
-
3
Pull the small loop next to the red valve back and forth away and toward the pod until the metal spring it's attached to begins compressing and stretching; this releases built-up pressure.

4
Ensure the black rubber piece inside the airbrush is not split open if the pod doesn't shoot out any makeup. If it's broken, you'll need to call TEMPTU customer service to have it replaced.
-
5
Check that the valve plug is completely closed if the pod leaks solution. In fact, make a habit of always checking the valve every time you use the pod.
-
6
Push down on the round release button, grasp the pod and rip it off the makeup gun if you're unable to separate the gun from the pod. Don't worry; this won't break the pod.
-
7
Make sure the pressure dial isn't on "less" if the makeup gun is shooting with extremely low pressure. Also, check for slits on the air hose. If there are any slits, you'll need to have the hose replaced.
