How to Troubleshoot BES
BES refers to BlackBerry Enterprise Server, which serves as a middleware suite between messaging/collaboration software suites and servers, workstations and mobile devices. Most problems with the BES occur during the activation phase, during which a working connection is established between the BES and another source. If you encounter any problems during this process, keep an eye out for a few easily identifiable causes before giving up on BES.
