How to Change the "Subscribe" Button in YouTube
YouTube partners can customize the appearance of a YouTube profile with special features and branding options not offered to non-partners. Although there is no way for any YouTube members to change the actual subscribe button in YouTube, partners can upload a video page banner that changes the look of the subscribe button by surrounding it with a custom image. Give your subscribe button a new look by uploading a banner that is up to 360 pixels wide and 55 pixels high.

Navigate to your YouTube profile.

Click the arrow next to your YouTube user name at the top of the website.

Click the "My Channel" link in the drop-down menu.

Click the "Branding Options" tab at the top of the website.

Click the "Video Page Branding" button.

Scroll down the page and click the "Browse" button.

Navigate to the location on your computer where you saved the video page banner you want to surround the subscribe button with, then click the "OK" and "Save Changes" buttons.
