How to Make a PGK for the PS3
The PlayStation 3 gaming console uses the PKG file format to store games that are downloaded via the PlayStation Store. If you have the data of an unpacked PS3 game on your computer’s hard disk, you must convert it to the PKG file format before you can install it on your PS3. A free application called PS3 PacKaGe GUI allows you to instantly create PKG files.
