Fortunately, just about every one of the basic ingredients in a cake can be substituted or omitted, including eggs. There are many different things that you can replace an egg with, but one popular alternative for baked goods is a banana. Does this Spark an idea?

Instructions

      Preheat the oven to the temperature called for in your cake recipe.

      Grease your pan, which is a common first step for just about every cake recipe.

      Add your dry ingredients together in a bowl and mix them together.

      Mash one banana well. Use one banana per one egg called for in your recipe.
