How to Display a Smart Tag Button
Microsoft Excel 2007 includes a feature called smart tags. Smart tags are buttons that appear next to cells containing data that Excel recognizes, such as addresses and symbols. When you click on a smart tag button, a drop-down list of actions, such as the options to add an address or format your text, appears. You can display smart tag buttons in Excel 2007 by modifying the AutoCorrect Options and placing your mouse pointer over a cell containing recognizable data.
