Wear a long black skirt and cut a slit up the side to give it an edgy look. Find a black t-shirt and screen print or fabric paint a "Weird Sisters" logo on it, like the one worn by Tonks in the story. Cover the shirt with a long, black and hooded sweater or leather jacket.
