How to Make an ANI Cursor
Whenever your computer is busy processing data or loading an application, your mouse cursor should turn into an animated cursor. Windows allows you to change your animated cursor to another animated graphic as long as it has the ".ANI" extension. However, you cannot make these files yourself unless you use a specific application. Try any of these applications if you want to design or edit animated cursors.
