How to: Headshot in "Cross Fire"
"Cross Fire" is a free online first-person shooter game. Like most games of this genre, your objective is simple: kill as many enemies as possible. Because the head is a smaller target, it's more difficult to get a headshot kill than it is to kill with a body shot. Your best chance for a successful headshot is to have your gun set at the correct height for a headshot.

1
Use the mouse to aim your targeting reticule. Your enemies are moving around and trying to shoot you, but they're all the same height.
-
2
Aim the targeting reticule above the shoulders of your enemies to increase your chances for a headshot. Look for cover in an area where your back is against a wall, then alternate between pressing "A" and "D" to strafe right and left in and out of cover.

Click the left mouse button to fire your weapon when you see the head of an enemy. If your gun is aimed at the correct angle, you either miss your target or kill it with a headshot.

Tips & Warnings
Any weapon will work for a headshot, but the most accurate weapons for long-distance shooting are the sniper rifles. Find an area of cover where you can't be detected, and zoom in on your target. It's much easier to get a headshot if your enemy doesn't see you coming.
