How to Make a Fragmented ISO
Splitting or creating a fragmented ISO is a useful way of dividing large files into manageable sizes for burning to CDs or DVDs, or for storing on your hard drive. Although your computer does not come with default software to split ISO files, there are several options to choose from, including Altap Salamander File Manager and HJSplit for Windows, which allow you to choose the desired size of split files. Other programs available for free trial downloads, like MagicISO, offer customized options for choosing specific files within the ISO you want fragmented.
