How to Disconnect Your BlackBerry From a BES Server Without Wiping the Device
You can use the BlackBerry Administration Service application to manage BlackBerry devices connected to a BlackBerry Enterprise Server. The Enterprise Server connects your BlackBerry device to BlackBerry software. You need a user account to connect your BlackBerry to the Enterprise Server. Therefore, if you want to disconnect your BlackBerry from the server, you need to delete your user account and the applicable service book from the server. You don't need to wipe your BlackBerry's memory if you delete your user account through the BlackBerry Administration Service.

Delete User Account

Log into the BlackBerry Administration Service on the server.

Expand "User" on the "BlackBerry Solution Management" menu.

Click "Manage Users," then select the user account for your BlackBerry.

Click "Disable as BlackBerry User" in the "BlackBerry Enterprise Server Status" list, then click "Yes - Disable as BlackBerry User and Remove Information from the User's Mail System."

Click "Back to Search," then type your user account's display name in the "Search Users > User Criteria" box.

Click on your display name, then click "Delete User" from the "Status" list.
Delete Service Book

Press the BlackBerry's "Menu" button, then select "Options."

Select "Advanced Options," then select "Service Book."

Select the service book from your Enterprise Server, then press the "Menu" button.

Select "Delete" from the list of options.
