How to Grill Buffalo Sliders
Buffalo sliders are satisfying and lower in fat than beef burgers. These sliders provide the necessary iron that your body needs, but they are low in cholesterol and fat. You can serve these treats in a variety of ways, as a first course or as an appetizer. You will need some basic ingredients, including ground buffalo, to make the sliders, but you can easily acquire them; you can purchase ground buffalo in either fresh or frozen form from most grocery stores. Things You'll Need
- Buffalo meat
- Garlic
- Worcestershire sauce
- Hot pepper sauce
- Salt
- Non-stick cooking spray
- Bowl
- Buttermilk
- Bleu cheese
- Mayonnaise
- Celery
- Tomato
- Buns

Combine 1 pound buffalo meat, 1 clove chopped garlic, 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce, 1/2 teaspoon hot pepper sauce and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Make six round patties using this mixture.

Preheat the grill on the medium setting; spray the grates with non-stick cooking spray. Place the patties on the grill. Grill each side for at least five to seven minutes. Turn them over and grill the other side. Remove them from the grill and let them sit for at least five minutes.

Mix together in a bowl, 3 tablespoons buttermilk, 3 tablespoons bleu cheese, 1 tablespoon mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons chopped celery. Place one slice of tomato on each side of the bun.

Place a patty on top of the tomato and put 2 tablespoons of the buttermilk mixture over the tomato. Put the other side of the bun over the mixture to complete your buffalo slider.

Tips & Warnings
To avoid drying out your patties, do not grill them at a temperature of more than 160 degrees Fahrenheit. Since buffalo meat has less fat, it dries out quickly.
