How to Fix a Verizon Razzle That Freezes Up
Like many electronic devices, Verizon Wireless Network's Razzle cell phone has a few things that can go wrong. In particular, the Razzle freezes repeatedly during use, a problem that appears frequently on Verizon's own official support forums. Phones that "freeze" become unresponsive to any input and are unable to take calls, which can be frustrating while trying to carry on a conversation or write an important email or text. Luckily, the issue can be resolved in a few simple steps using the phone's settings menu and Verizon's network.

Resetting a Frozen Phone
-
1
Expose the battery by depressing the battery cover latch on the back of the phone and lifting the cover.
-
2
Slide the battery upwards while gently lifting the battery out of the compartment with your fingernail. If the battery is stuck, take a flat object, such as a flat-head screwdriver or dull butter knife, and gently lift the battery out.

3
Wait one to two minutes and replace the battery and cover. The connectors in the battery compartment should be touching the contacts on the battery if you've seated the battery properly.
-
4
Turn the phone on.
