How to Print Text Messages From My Canon MF4350D
You may occasionally want to print text messages for record keeping or to share with someone else. Forward the texts messages to your email account and then print them using a computer and printer, such as the Canon MF4350D.

Navigate to the email account you sent the text messages to.

Click the email message containing the text messages you want to print to open it.

Click the "Print" or "Print All" button, or the printer icon above the email message.

Wait for the email message to open in a new window, and for the Print options box to appear automatically. If you are printing from Yahoo! Mail, click the "Print" link when the new window opens to make the Print options box appear.

Select "Canon MF4350D" as your printer from the list of available printers on the Print options box, if necessary.

Click the "OK" or "Print" button on the Print options box to print the text messages.

Tips & Warnings
If your email account does not display a print button, click "File" and "Print" at the top of your browser to print the text messages using your Canon MF4350D printer. Alternatively, highlight and copy the text messages from your email and paste them into a text editor, then click "File" and "Print" at the top of the editor to print the text messages.
