Flush out the steam system if the steam is not working correctly or the steam level is lower than expected. Turn the J-Allure “Off” and turn the water supply off as well. Open the central panel door by removing the screw that holds the door closed. Unplug all power cords inside the central panel and disconnect the plumbing inside as well. Remove the steam units from the mounting and remove the drain plug with an 8mm hexagonal wrench. Wash the steam units out with water and close the drain plug firmly. Reinstall the steam units and turn the water supply back on. Close the front access panel and restore power to the J-Allure.

Purge the whirlpool bath when residue accumulates on the bathtub surface. Fill the tub with hot water at least 2 inches above the highest jet and turn on the tub without the aerator. Pour a packet “Systems Clean Packet 1," which can be purchased through the Jacuzzi Company, into the tub near the circulation pump intake. Allow the bath to run for five to 10 minutes and then add “Systems Clean Packet 2” near the circulation pump intake. Run the bath for another five to 10 minutes, and then drain the water. Rinse the tub thoroughly to remove any residue.
