How to Make Paint Look Bubbly
Children blow bubbles during the summer for fun because they liked to watch them float away before popping. Achieve a similar aesthetic effect when painting. While you cannot create long-lasting bubbles on your paint, when the paint pops, it will leave behind a bubble shape, making your paint look bubbly no matter what project you intend to undertake. Does this Spark an idea?
