How to Delete Music From the Chat on "IMVU"
On IMVU, account holders can purchase a wide variety of music in the online IMVU Music Store to use in personal and public chat rooms on the IMVU 3-D chat messenger and the IMVU Account home page. The music is played in music queues as tracks within streaming music mix playlists. IMVU provides editing tools that you can use at any time to rearrange or delete tracks from your playlists and the chat rooms you've saved them in.

Open the IMVU messenger and then go to your chat room or a public chat room where you've saved a music mix playlist in a music queue.

Click the “Music” icon marked with a musical note image on the bar near the bottom of the screen to reveal the queue.

Locate the music you added to the room. Click the “X” at the right end of the playlist bar or an individual track bar to delete the music from the chat room.

Go to your IMVU Account home page.

Click the “Music” tab under your account information to see the Music section and your music mix playlists.

Click the “X” to the right of the playlist title in the My Mixes section to delete an entire playlist. Click a playlist title and then click the “X” to the right of a single track to delete it from the playlist.

Tips & Warnings
If you don’t want to listen to music playing in a room, click the “Music” icon marked with a musical note image on the bar near the top right corner of the room and then click the “Mute” icon that looks like a speaker.
If a public room has an embedded Web radio player, locate the player and click the “Pause” button to pause the music or the “X” button to close it.
