How to Convert XLS to VSD
A file with the XLS file extension is an Excel spreadsheet file created for pre-2007 versions of Microsoft Excel. A file with the VSD file extension is a Microsoft Visio Diagram file. You can import data that corresponds with your Visio diagram from an Excel spreadsheet, and apply the data to a Visio diagram. Save the data in the diagram to convert the XLS file to a VSD. The “Import Project Data Wizard” is a feature in Visio that enables the user to easily convert data in XLS and other data files, to VSD files.
