How to Make a Lavender Oil Moisturizer for Oily Skin
Every skin type is different and presents a different set of challenges. Moisturizing skin with products that are tailored to your skin-type, whether oily, dry, or something in between, is essential for making your skin look and feel its best. To get just the right product for your skin, try creating your own moisturizer at home using an oil base. Contrary to what you might think, using an oil-based moisturizer on oily skin does not make oily skin worse. The level of oiliness on your skin is caused by your own sebum production, which is primarily controlled by genetics. Does this Spark an idea?

Tips & Warnings
Make small batches of product, just a two or three week supply at a time, to keep it fresh. Store in an opaque, air-tight container, away from light.
Make certain that all of your supplies are very clean before using them to avoid contaminating, and thus spoiling, the moisturizer.
