How to Convert Interlaced Progressive AVCHD
Advanced Video Coding High Definition, or AVCHD for short, is a generic, high-definition standard for consumer HD cameras. Files are recorded in MPEG-4 AVC/H.264 standard format, usually contained in an MTS or M2TS file structure. Many consumer cameras use the AVCHD format, including JVC, Sony and Panasonic, so numerous programs are available that allow you to convert interlaced or progressive AVCHD files. You may want to try programs like Elecard Converter Studio AVC HD Edition, AVS Video Converter or Wondershare Video Converter Ultimate. All three offer free trial versions.
