1
Apply a light coating of concealer or foundation to your face to even out skin tone. Brush on a light dusting of blush over the cheekbones to bring out a little color in your face.
-
2
Go for a short, brisk walk to increase your blood circulation and add some color to your face. The glow from exercise may extend to your neck and other parts of your body and not limit itself to your face.

Get out in the sun. A light tan can add to the facial glow by giving it a bit of color. Be careful not to overdo it as a bad sunburn is not a desirable type of glow. Fake-tanning creams can be used if you prefer to avoid sun exposure.

Gently pinch your cheeks between your thumbs and forefingers if you need a quick fix for a photograph and you are feeling a bit pale. Light slaps on your cheeks, chin and forehead can also brighten up a pale face and add a mild red glow.

Take care of your skin in a way that is appropriate to your skin type. Use quality moisturizers if your skin is dry, or if it is oily, cleanse with an oil-reducing soap. Drink plenty of water to keep hydrated and cut down on junk food that can encourage acne and blemishes to develop. Start with healthy skin and any other method you use to attain a glow will work that much better.

Stay well rested with plenty of sleep. Nothing will take away from your facial glow more than dark shadows around your eyes.
