How to Get the Score Plate Form on "LittleBigPlanet"
LittleBigPlanet is a Sony PS3 platform video game that requires players to jump over, use and hang from platforms to move through levels and overcome obstacles in a series of puzzles. The game gives you the ability to create your own levels based on the items, known as forms, that you collect along the way. For each item that you gather, such as a metal or armor plate form, you score points and can use the items later to create costumes or new levels.

The Darkness

Work your way through the level called The Darkness. Every level has its own title and theme. In this level you must find and collect the metal plate that has a skull on it. The plate is considered one of the materials that you must collect, and is worth 19 points.

Jump from the stairs to the block, after you finish getting the sugar skull. A spiked block is on the bottom underneath you, and the metal plate form that you need to get is located above the spiked block in the air.

Jump over the spiked block to retrieve the plate form. If you cannot get it in one jump, you can jump back to the platform block where you originally started from to try again.
The Bunker

Proceed through the level called The Bunker. In this level you will also need to collect a metal plate to score points. The decayed metal plate is worth 47 points in this level. In order to get the decayed metal plate you must have two or three players to assist you in this task.

Position the other player or players to the top of the wheel. The player who stays below must flip the switch or lever to make the wheel turn. This opens up the space for one of the players to jump into the left wheel.

Jump one of the players at the top of the wheel to the left wheel. Collect the egg carton and step on the giant button that you see. The giant button reveals the decayed metal plate form that you need to get.

Locate the decayed metal plate form on the left side. The first player, who is still on the bottom of the wheel, must scoop up the decayed metal plate.
The Collector's Lair

Enter the Collector's Lair level. After you retrieve the tin foil and the metal beam, you will need to collect another metal plate, which is worth 17 points.

Look for L-shaped platforms that flip back and forth. Stand on the first platform and reach for the factory silhouette. Avoid standing on the very end of the platform, or else you can flip off. Position the character in the middle of the platform.

Jump to the right side as the platform flips. Keep jumping to the right each time the platform is about to flip in order to remain on the platform and not fall. As you jump in the air, reach for the metal plate, which is located above you. The metal plate is in a decoration prize bubble.
