How to Liquefy in PhotoScape
You can liquefy images in PhotoScape, although this might not be immediately apparent because the program refers to the feature by a different name. You can control the wavelength and amplitude of the imaging effect, which gives you more control over the end result. Dozens of other effects and filters can be applied to your image as well to achieve the desired result. These options can be conveniently accessed in the same manner as the "Liquefy" effect.
