How to Read .MUS Format
The .MUS file format is associated with the Score Music Publishing System and the WinScore program for the creation of music notation and score sheets. In order to read sheet music with the .MUS file format, you must have WinScore installed on your computer. Once the WinScore program is detected on your computer system, all .MUS files are automatically associated with WinScore and contain the WinScore logo.

Order and install the WinScore software from San Andreas Press at winscore.info/purchase.html.

Click “Start” located in the bottom-left of you screen. Click “All Programs” and then click “WinScore.”

Click “File” and then “Open” from the top menu of WinScore.

Click the .MUS file of choice and then click “Open.” The .MUS sheet music appears within WinScore.
