How to Get Unbanned on "Pirates of the Caribbean"

Players of Disney's “Pirates of the Caribbean Online” can experience temporary or permanent bans for violating Disney’s Online House Rules or the "Pirates of the Caribbean Online" game and chat policies. Chat violations include harassing or bullying other players, cursing, talking about drugs, sex, race or illegal activities, cheating via third-party programs, and asking for or providing personal details. Bans can also occur by accident. If you believe you didn't violate any rules or policies, contact Disney to request a review of the situation to get unbanned.

Instructions

    • 1

Open your Web browser, navigate to disney.go.com and log out of your Disney account. Navigate to the Disney “Pirates of the Caribbean Online” Contact Us form.

    • 2

Select “Question/Comment/Suggestion” from the Category of Message drop-down menu. Fill out the name and email fields with your information.

    • 3

Write the reasons you feel the ban should be lifted from your account in the Comment field. For example, explain that your account was hacked, or that the reason your account was banned was because of something that happened as a result of a glitch or typo. Glitches may include an approved word similar in structure to a curse word being misinterpreted by the automated system as an attack, insult or foul language.
