How to Change .WMV to View on a MacBook
The default video file type for Windows computers is Windows Media Player, or WMV. If you want to play a WMV file on a MacBook computer, install the Windows Media Components for QuickTime extension. Once this extension is installed, you can play WMV files directly in the Mac's native QuickTime video player.
