How to Dress Your ROTC Jacket
Reserve Officers Training Corp -- known as ROTC -- is a program designed for young men and women who are qualified to serve as commissioned officers in the Navy's unrestricted line, the Navy Nurse Corps and the Marine Corps. Even though they are not yet active members, they still must respect their uniform. There are certain guidelines that must be followed in order to show pride, self-respect and a positive attitude. Both males and females must adhere to these rules when dressing the ROTC jacket.
