Drawing a funnel in Visio is useful if you want to depict a process that narrows down a certain number of customers or supplies based on a set number of stages. Visio does not offer an integrated funnel option, but you can recreate one by drawing some lines and adjusting them into the shape of a funnel. And once you have drawn your first funnel, you can save it as a document stencil in case you need to reuse the design again.

Open the "Drawing" toolbar by clicking on "View," "Toolbars" and "Drawing Toolbar."

Click the "Line" tool and use it to construct a vertical line. This represents the bottom of the funnel.

Construct a right-leaning line from the top of the first line. This represents the right side of the funnel.

Click the right-leaning line and press the "Ctrl" and "D" buttons to clone the shape.

Press the "Ctrl" and "H" buttons to horizontally flip it.

Drag the new, left-leaning life so that its bottom point intersects with the top of the original vertical line..
