Instructions

  1. Length

    • 1

Decide on a length of guard. This trimmer from Wahl comes with three different guards to adjust the length of the cut.

    • 2

Insert the blades of the clipper in to the guard first.

    • 3

Push the rear of the guard up and on to the back of the razor. The clip on the back of the guard will snap into place and secure the guard to the razor.

    Power Screw

    • 4

Locate the power screw on the side of the razor.

    • 5

Turn the razor on, and insert a dime, screwdriver or something similar in to the slot on the power screw.

    • 6

Turn the power screw clockwise until the razor begins making a clacking sound. Then slowly turn the power screw counterclockwise until the sound stops. This is the maximum power setting.
