How to Make an RSS Feed in iWeb
Really Simple Syndication, better known as RSS, is a Web content format that lets websites and blogs distribute updates in an organized manner. You can use dedicated RSS applications or services like Google Reader to track the RSS feeds of your favorite sites. If you run a blog through the iWeb application on your Mac computer, you can enable RSS publication so that visitors can subscribe to all of your blog updates.
