How to Make Content Available on Facebook Pages Only to People Who Like Them
Facebook provides members with a way to hide messages sent to them from their friends. Typically used as a way to block certain types of messages, this function allows members to avoid seeing groups of messages, such as game requests or other application requests that they do not care to see. In the latter part of 2011, Facebook took this one step further and added the ability for members to control who can see the content of their own messages. This gives members a way to post status updates as normal, but provides them with a way to control who sees the content as well.
