Bring your scrapbooking into the 21st century using Storybook Creator.

StoryBook Creator is a flexible editing program from the company Creative Memories. The program is best suited for computerized scrapbooking. One of the effects that StoryBook Creator offers is curved text. This can help spice up your scrapbook with a curved title. Even if you're not terribly tech-savvy, you should have a nice, curved line of text without too much trouble.

Instructions

    • 1

Run StoryBook Creator. Open the "File" menu at the top of the screen and click "New" to create a new StoryBook project. If you want to work with an existing project, click "Open."

    • 2

Click the "Insert" tab at the top of the screen. This will open the Insert panel.

    • 3

Click "Text path." The "Text path" icon is located in the "Text" heading.

    • 4

Select which type of text alignment you would like. This will determine whether the text is aligned horizontally below the line (font baseline), horizontally below the line (font top) or vertically.

    • 5

Click on the page to create the first point of your path curve. Create additional points to create a curving path along to guide your text. If you make a mistake, click "Edit points." After you have created your path curve, click the "Create" button.

    • 6

Click the path that you just created. Enter your text. After you have finished entering your text, click outside the text box. StoryBook Creator will automatically curve your text.
