How to Obtain a Tiny Waist With a Corset
Corsets are made of materials such as cotton, satin or brocade and the essential boning; they are intended to fit tightly around your waist and both slim your torso and lift your bosom. The firm busk along with the boning in the corset can also help improve your posture. The key to achieving the slim waist you want is to purchase the proper-sized corset and to wear it correctly. Wearing a corset does not come naturally, and you may have to train yourself and your body to get to a level where you feel comfortable wearing a corset on a daily basis. Does this Spark an idea?

1
Measure the narrowest part of your natural waistline. For example, assume your natural waistline measures 28 inches.
-
2
Purchase a corset 2 inches smaller than your natural waistline, which will be a bit uncomfortable when you first begin wearing it. Avoid the initial discomfort by not lacing it too tightly and slowly working up your tolerance to a level where the tightness is not as uncomfortable.

Don't pull too tightly on the laces. Purchase or make another corset that is 4 inches smaller than your natural waistline after you've grown accustomed to wearing the first corset. Again, you will not be able to lace it tightly right away since you must build up your tolerance to the new, smaller size.

Lace the corset according to your slimming needs. Similar to lacing your shoes, don't pull too tightly but continue to lace until all the laces are knotted. As a general rule, don't tighten the corset any more than 1 cm, or .4 inch, for each pass you make with the laces. It is generally easier to have someone else help lace your corset until you feel comfortable in doing it yourself.

Tips & Warnings
Wear a cotton vest or some other undergarment to protect your skin from becoming irritated by the corset. Use cream to keep the skin moist where the corset touches.
Your corset is too tight if your breathing suffers when you're not engaging in physical activity. You should be able to eat and drink normally while wearing it.
