How to Install cPanel & Perl
Perl is a high-level interpreted programming language that was developed in 1987 by Larry Wall. Perl comes installed on computers that use Mac OS X, Unix or Linux. CPanel is a Web hosting management tool that provides a graphical interface and tools to automate time-consuming Web hosting tasks. Because cPanel is not available for Windows, you can only install cPanel on a server with a fresh installation of a Linux or Unix-based operating system. As of the time of publication, cPanel licenses start at $425 per year.
