How to Embed a Flyer in an Email for Publisher
Microsoft Publisher is a program within the Microsoft Office software package that allows you to create digital documents, such as fliers, also spelled flyers. If you use the Microsoft Outlook email client that also comes with Microsoft Office, you can embed files and send them as an email from directly within Publisher. This allows you to quickly email your flier without ever needing to close the Publisher program or open your Outlook mail client.

Launch Microsoft Publisher on your computer.

Click “File,” then click “Open” to browse your computer for the flier.

Double-click the flier file to open it in Publisher.

Click the “File” menu, and then click “Save & Send.”

Click “Send Using E-Mail” and select “Send as Attachment.” This will create an email with your flier embedded as an attachment.

Type your recipient’s email address, email subject and a message within the body text box as you would normally do when sending an email.

Click the “Send” button to complete the process and send the flier within an email.
