How to Become a Macbook Tester

Apply to be a Macbook tester through Apple's website.

If you are passionate about Apple's Macbook computers and knowledgeable in Apple's programs and hardware, you may be a candidate for a position testing Macbooks. Testers give products a test run and give their opinions to the developers so any adjustments can be made before the product is released. To become a Macbook tester, you must apply for a tester position on the jobs section of Apple's website. If you do not see any Macbook tester positions, it means Apple is currently not hiring any.

Instructions

1. Go to the official Apple website. Click "Apple Info" on the bottom of the page, then "Jobs."

2. Click "Start your Search."

3. Select "Corporate."

4. Type "Macbook tester" in the box labeled "Keywords." Select your country and state to make sure it only searches for jobs near you.

5. Click on the title of the tester position you wish to apply for. Then click "Apply for job" at the bottom of the job description. Click "OK" in the dialog box that asks if you want to apply for the job.

6. Enter your Apple ID and password.

7. Upload your resume, a cover letter explaining why you qualify to be a Macbook tester and enter your personal information.

8. Click "Submit" when finished. Apple will contact you if they see you as a fit candidate to test Macbooks.
