Soak in a hot bath or take a hot shower to open the pores in the skin and make the hair you are about to shave softer.

Apply shaving cream to the leg you are about to shave.

Shave from bottom to top, using small strokes. Go slowly to ensure you get all the hair, but don't go over one area too many times because you might irritate the skin.

Rinse thoroughly when the shaving is completed on both legs.

Apply moisturizer to your legs after shaving to soothe the skin and seal in moisture.
