Contact Tempur-Pedic online or by phone to order a new pillow protector. As of October, 2011, the cost for the pillow protector was $25, plus shipping costs.

Contact Tempur-Pedic customer service if you believe the pillow protector is defective and covered under the warranty. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on the pillow protector or the zipper.

Wash the plastic pillow protector when it arrives and place it on your pillow.
