Save a copy of emails to a jump drive.

Make a copy of archived emails to put onto a jump drive or directly save the email through the browser. Do this to backup information or to clean out an inbox. This is also helpful if the email account closes or if the emails contain sensitive information. People often archive important or memorable emails. Due to variants in the type of emails providers, archived email may go as a different name, like “Saved.” Archived emails do not appear in the actual inbox menu itself.
