How to Add Music to an LG Optimus by Metro PCS
You can add your music library to your LG Optimus M smartphone if you activate the phone's mass storage mode and connect it to your computer. When your Optimus M is connected while in mass storage mode, your computer can move and copy files to and from the microSD memory card in the phone.

Connect the LG Optimus M to your computer with the device's USB data cable.

Touch the Notification panel at the top of your LG's screen, then drag it to the bottom of the screen.

Tap "USB Connected," then touch "Turn On USB Storage" to enable mass storage mode.

Open the "Start" menu on your computer, click "Computer," then double-click your LG's memory card.

Drag the music files to the file browser window for the LG's memory card.

Tap "Turn Off USB Storage," then disconnect the phone from the computer.
