How to Convert Saga Letters to PS2 Shapes

The shapes that create the PlayStation 2's logo are actually part of a font that anyone can download. A font is a collection of similar-looking letters that can be used in any text editor, like Notepad, to stylize text. The letters in a font called Saga are stylized in a way that most everyone can read them, but they're not distinct. If you want a piece of text to have a very-stylized, distinct look, changing it from a font like Saga to one like PS2 could be accomplished in Window's default text editor, Notepad.

Instructions

    • 1

Open Notepad. If you're having trouble locating the program, look in the accessories folder of your Window's start bar.

    • 2

Click the "Format" button at the top of the Notepad window, then click "Font."

    • 3

Scroll through the font names on the left-hand side until you find Saga. Click "OK."

    • 4

Type whatever you'd like in the white space in Notepad.

    • 5

Press "Ctrl" and then "A" on your keyboard. Then click "Format" at the top of the window and select "Font" again.

    • 6

Scroll through the list of font names on the left until you find BTSE PS2. Select it and press "OK." Your text will be converted from Saga to PS2 shapes.
