Chicken wings can be made a many ways, such as with different sauces or varying degrees of spiciness, to offer variety to your guests. Things You'll Need

  • Ceramic or metal platter
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Dip container
  • Raw vegetables
  • Tongs

Instructions

      Choose a large ceramic or metal platter of any shape, such as oval, or rectangular.

      Line the bottom of the platter with large, flat lettuce leaves, such as Romaine or butterhead. Cover the bottom completely by overlapping the lettuce leaves.

      Place a container filled with dipping sauce in the middle or slightly off to one side of the platter. Place the containers in the middle, next to each other, if using two or more types of dipping sauce.

      Place a single vegetable, such as celery or carrot sticks, in a central location on the platter. Place different vegetables in different locations on the platter around the dip containers, if using more than one type of vegetable.

      Arrange the chicken wings on the platter around the dip container and vegetables using tongs. Arrange the chicken wings by stacking them neatly, alternating the direction of the drummettes, or pile the chicken wings in a manner so they don't fall over.
