How to Blur Multiple Objects in Photoshop Elements

The “Blur” feature in Photoshop Elements allows you to blur one selection, multiple objects or an entire image. It can be used to soften edges in the image or reduce detail in a background. Apply this feature in Photoshop Elements by using the “Blur” tool, which appears as a teardrop icon in the Drawing Tools panel. You can set options for the effect in the options toolbar when the Blur tool is selected.
