Instructions

    • 1

Melt 1 ounce of white chocolate per lollipop. Place white chocolate chips or cubes in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave the chocolate for one minute. Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir the chocolate with a spoon. Repeat the process until the chocolate is completely melted and smooth.

    • 2

Separate the melted chocolate into two bowls. Add drops of red food coloring into one bowl of melted white chocolate and stir until the desired color is achieved. Add drops of black food coloring into the other bowl of white chocolate and blend well.

    • 3

Spoon the red-colored chocolate into the bottle portion of a nail polish bottle-shaped candy mold. Fill the top handle portion of the mold with the black-colored chocolate.

    • 4

Insert lollipop sticks into the bottom of each mold. Roll the tops of the sticks into the chocolate to coat them and ensure a secure hold.

    • 5

Place the candy mold into a freezer for 10 minutes or until the chocolate is hard. Turn the mold over and gently tap on it to release the nail polish bottle-shaped lollipops from the cavities.
