How to Clear Dupes From iTunes
Many people listen to music, especially on their computers. ITunes is a program made for doing just that, giving you the ability to add, remove and download songs from the iTunes store. Often you may find that you have downloaded a song more than once or added it twice to your library. There is a quick way to find and remove these extra songs and free up space on your hard drive.

Open iTunes and click "File" located at the top of the menu bar.

Scroll down to click "Display Duplicates." Click "Name," or "Date" on the music menu to order the songs.

Click the songs you want to delete one by one while holding down the "Ctrl" button. The selected songs will be highlighted with a blue bar.

Press the "Delete" button or right-click and select "Delete." Press "File" once more and click "Display All" to see your full library.
