Wash the affected area with cool water. This will help reduce the swelling, in addition to removing any dirt or oil. Pat your face dry with a towel.
-
2
Cover the bruised area in a layer of pot concealer, which is thick and can mask even darker bruises. Choose a concealer with a yellow tinge, which will help camouflage the deep purple and brown of the bruise. Other concealers or foundations can also work.

3
Blend the concealer into the rest of your skin tone, using your fingertip or a makeup sponge.

4
Let the makeup dry completely for several minutes. Add another coat of concealer if you wish to further camouflage the bruise.

Apply a dusting of powder with a makeup brush to further hide the bruise and ensure that the concealer stays put.
