Log into your Jive software.

Click the “Admin Console” and enter your administrator password if prompted.

Click the “People” button and then click on the “Settings” icon.

Click on the “User Data” icon.

Choose the ads that you want to sync from the user data window.

Click on the “Synchronization Settings” icon. Choose the sync settings that you want.

Click “Run Synchronization Task Now” to sync your ads.
